Colonic hydrotherapy and enemas are two different procedures. You can easily find colon hydrotherapists in your area by checking Craigslist or Googling, most are I-ACT certified. You may be able to find nurses (lpn, cna, rn) who will come to your house and administer enemas by checking Craigslist or other local sources. However, most colon hydrotherapists will not administer traditional enemas. Those hydrotherapists who will administer enemas frequently advertise themselves as holistic practitioners and have enema equipment on hand to administer coffee enemas, wheatgrass enemas, etc. If you find one who administers the specialty type enemas, ask if they'll also administer cleansing enemas.
